Higher Education Sponsor
Maryhurst has an Independent Living program for our children ages 16 and up to provide them with assistance and support as they move forward. We are looking for sponsors for our kids in this program, who are attending a college or vocational school or program, for the purpose of being a support, resource and advocate for them. It would be beneficial to our children to work with a volunteer who has graduated from college or a vocational program.

We are in need of volunteers who are able to make a weekly, year-long commitment to mentor children in our Independent Living Program. Children are age 16 and older and all volunteers must be 20 years or older to become a mentor. Requires completing an application, attending training and verification of car insurance. Family Engagement Dinners
In an effort to provide the best services to our children and their families we have started Family Engagement Dinners every third Sunday at 5:00pm. You can help us by providing and serving dinner for 30-40 of our children, staff and families. This opportunity is perfect for a large volunteer group!
