VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

Orientation is mandatory for certain opportunities and encouraged for all others. For large groups, our orientation can be taken to your worksite, church, etc.

* Please be sure to fill out and sign all areas that require your signature. There is also a volunteer reference form that you can have a friend, co-worker, or relative fill out and sign for you. Please note that background screening fees are paid by Maryhurst.
