Some of the girls at Maryhurst learned to finger knit and crochet this week,which will come in handy during the next couple of cold months! These useful skills will help them exercise their minds and focus their thoughts as they make it through their journey of hope. This is one of the many creative ways that Maryhurst works with the female youth of the community to build stronger, more peaceful foundations for their future.
The 15th Annual Virgil Christian Tribute Polo Match benefits Maryhurst. This is a fun, casual, and family friendly event spectating the oldest equestrian sport. It will take place on Saturday, July 22 at Oxmoor Farm. The gates open at 4 p.m. and the match begins at 5 p.m. Food trucks will be available and live music will follow the match. There will also be a kid friendly area with bouncy houses, sno-cones, petting zoo, and fireworks. Reserved tailgate parking spots available. General admission tickets available at the gate for $25, or purchased in advance for $20.*

$500 Ticket – Front Row Tailgate Parking Space (Next to sponsor tent), 6 guests, with access to food trucks and picnic area, and an umbrella is provided. Limit of 10 tickets are sold.
$250 Ticket – Front Row End Tailgate Parking Space, 6 guests, with access to food trucks and picnic area, and an umbrella is provided. Limit of 10 tickets are sold.
$150 Ticket – Second Row Tailgate Parking Space, 6 guests, with access to food trucks and picnic area. Limit of 20 tickets are sold.
