Prevent Abuse
Embedded neighborhood hubs in Portland, Shively, and Lyndon
This is our front-line prevention framework. Our outpatient clinical teams operate directly out of public schools, neighborhood community centers, and regional clinics within the Portland, Shively, and Lyndon areas to deliver immediate crisis intervention and ongoing therapy before family disruption occurs. We provide specialized care for children, families, and independent adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and relational trauma using evidence-based practices like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), helping individuals process complex life experiences in a safe, familiar environment.
