At Maryhurst, our residential programs, community-based homes and our outpatient clinical programs all work to serve children in the greatest need. Our residential programs break the cycle of abuse using treatments that restore hope and successfully transition children to more permanent, community or family-based settings. Maryhurst’s community and transitional living programs offer tools that prepare survivors of abuse and neglect for better, more hope-filled futures.
Right now, we're hiring Direct Care Workers for these programs. DCWs work at the very center of the Maryhurst mission, having the most facetime with the youth in our residential programs. A DCW is together with the young survivors in our program 365/24/7, whether it's arranging mealtime in their cottages, walking the hallways of the school, leading fun weekend activities, or performing bed checks in the late night hours.
There's a DCW job to fit almost any schedule, and right now we're emphasizing openings for:
