One Maryhurst Plan

Programs Built for Impact

Kids and families deserve every opportunity to live out their potential, and it’s our job to empower them to get there. Whether it’s our residential support or the work we do with families in the community, providing quality care can be a complex task. Sustaining Maryhurst's impact over the long term will require us to pursue fresh ideas, measure outcomes, and adapt to the evolving needs of our environment.

The work of the Programs Built for Impact pillar is divided among two key Work Areas, each with their own set of objectives:

  1. Work Area 1: Enhance residential operations and programming
    • Improve stability and strengthen operational systems within program milieus
    • Evaluate the future use of technology within residential programs
    • Assess and refine clinical services and treatment implementation
  2. Work Area 2: Strengthening the foundation of our community-based outpatient program (Maryhurst Renewal)
    • Fine-tune internal systems to increase efficiencies
    • Establish methods for increasing Renewal's impact in the community
    • Evaluate Renewal procedures to enhance the client/family experience and identify quality outcomes to measure progress
